In December 1930, the College Graduates formed an Old Hailians Association with the object of arranging meetings and safeguarding the interest of the alumni. All those who have been students of the College and they have passed B. Com and or M. Com are entitled to enroll themselves as its members.

Mr. Sartaj Aziz
Sartaj Aziz is a graduate of 1949. He is an active politician, retired senator of the assembly and ex Finance Minister, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad.
Mr. Manzoor A. Sheikh
Manzoor A. Shiekh is a graduate of 1962. He is presently working as Senior Advisor (Finance) Ministry of Water & Power Government of Pakistan.
Mian Muhammad Azhar
Mr. Mian Muhammad Azhar is a graduate of the College. He served as Governor Punjab.
